How to create a blog

To create a new blog, you must have a blogger account. If you don't have one, start here:
FIRST: Go to blogger.com and click "create your blog now." Type your email address and a new password, your display name (this is the name that will show up when you post: pick something fun that doesn't include your name, street, age, etc.), fill in the word verification box, and check terms of service box. Click the orange continue arrow at the bottom.

NEXT: Type a name for your blog, then, in the blog address box type the words you want to have as the internet address for your blog (i.e. the name of your blog with no spaces, sheffiesscienceblog, 01lightning10, etc. -you may have to be creative, because there are tons of blogs out there, and each one needs a unique address). Click the orange continue arrow at the bottom.

THEN: Choose a template for how you want your blog to look (you can change it later) and click Continue.

You now have a blog! Click "Start Blogging", and start filling in your blog.

"add a page" in your blog

If you want one of the nifty linked pages in your blog, you can add them by following these simple steps.
1)Click "New Post," and type the information/add the pictures or videos / add the title you want to appear on the new page. Then, click publish post.
2)Click "Edit Posts" to see the list of posts you have on your blog.
Find the post you just created, in the list. Click "view", which will open your post in a new window. Highlight the internet address for your new post, hold Ctrl and press C (this will copy the address).
2) Click on the "Layout" Tab
3) Click the "Add a Page Element"
4) Find "Link List" and click "Add to blog"
In the "Title" Bar, type a name for your list (i.e. links, my pages, etc.)
In the "New Site URL" Bar, delete the "http://", then hold Ctrl and press V (this will paste the address for your new site, that you copied earlier).
In the "New Site Name" Bar, type a name for the new site.
5) Now you have a link to a "separate page" in your blog.
